Brainstorm was founded with the primary mission of providing flexible, affordable business services to relieve overwhelmed entrepreneurs from the volume of tasks involved in the day to day operation of even the smallest business.  Prior career experience in a variety of industries including; finance & accounting, real estate, transportation, manufacturing, personal services, hospitality, healthcare, retail, daycare and non-profit enables Paula to quickly understand the needs and requirements of a variety of businesses.  

Paula is passionate about utilizing accounting technology and other technology-based resources to help businesses operate more efficiently. Paula gets the big picture and understands what it takes to make your business work.   

With a major in Business, Accounting & Finance, Paula gained her strong and varied foundation of knowledge at the University of Southern Maine . She also studied art at Messiah College in Grantham, PA and developed her web and graphic design skills at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  

Paula’s primary role is to manage the day to day operations of Brainstorm and provides business consulting services.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy spending time with my husband Gary, family and friends. We especially enjoy our beautiful grandkids! I also REALLY love to travel!

Why do you enjoy working with Brainstorm?

I created the company culture I’ve always wanted which is grounded in respect and autonomy. No one likes to be micromanaged and I want everyone to feel they are part of a team.
